The jury also recognised Teresa Sanjurjo, Director of the Princess of Asturias Foundation, in the category of Woman with a Distinguished Career, as an example for future generations of women executives due to her strong commitment to talent and human-centred leadership, always striving for an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
This recognition, promoted by Deusto Business School and Cinco Días with the support of Banco Santander, aims to highlight and promote women’s talent.
The Women and Leadership Awards will be presented in March 2026 at the new Deusto Business School campus in Madrid, at 39 Mateo Inurria Street.
