The aim ofiNNoVaNDiS programme is to promote an innovative and enterprising spirit amongst students through a programme that lasts over two years and includes training, innovative student placement programmes in companies, support actions based on the generation of ideas for innovative projects and their subsequent development into full business plans, as well as follow-up actions of the programme.
According to this collaboration agreement, the collaborating companies will take part in the development of different actions within iNNoVaNDiS programme such as training, innovative student placement programmes in their companies, support actions based on the generation of ideas for innovative projects and their subsequent development into full business plans.
At present, over 70 students at ESTE faculty are taking part in this Programme. Last year 17 students undertook summer placements in these same collaborating companies as well as in others that make up the International Network of collaborating companies of Bankinter Foundation for Innovation. This summer, twenty five students will undertake their student placements in companies: five of them in Ibermática, and the remaining twenty placements will fall under Bankinter Foundation for Innovation, which will provide grants to twelve of these students to carry out their work in leading international companies with which the bank has collaborative links such asNokia(Germany), Capital One (England), Nicholas Piramal (India), GTMRI Inc (Taiwan) and Technion (the entrepreneurial incubator company of the Israel Institute of Technology), among others.
