The University of Deusto will hold the Beato Hermano Garate Academic Debate League from the 27th to the 29th March. The XVIII edition of the event will address the question “Should Spanish law be modified so to allow free surrogate pregnancy?’
During the five rounds of debate, all groups will have the opportunity to alternately defend their arguments in favour or against the question in the presence of a board composed of DEUSTO teachers. The aim is to hold an educational exercise that deepens knowledge about diverse current themes as well as fosters students’ critical thinking.
