The University presents 'Deustu' Basque bibliographical journal at Durango Book Fair
The University of Deusto presented 'Deustu' bibliographical journal at Durango Book Fair, a publication that gathers information on the most important books and collections in Basque at this University. This supplement includes an article by Euskaltzaindia's Chairman, Andrés Urrutia, on Basque language as well as a feature on the extensive production of legal texts, study manuals and dictionaries in Basque produced by the University of Deusto for law students and professionals. During this Fair, the University also presented other bibliographical news and its latest publications in Basque.

In addition, 'Deustu' new publication includes Gotzon Garate's contribution to Basque as well as the titles contained in the 'Euskal Herria' book series.Then, the lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities, Ana Toledo, writes an article in which she reviews the past and present of Basque language, in an attempt to glimpse its future. Her review is followed by the list of works published by Deusto related to Philosophy, Theology, Humanities and Linguistics. Other topics included in this journal are: the Collection on Religious Culture and information on the publication of the different manuscripts by Prince Bonaparte, a project in which Deusto also takes part. It also includes all the works published by Deusto in Basque, in the fields of Human Rights, Economy and Business, Engineering, Ethics, as well as the current handbooks for Basque language study.
