Lecturer Folgueiras, whose work at teaching centres has enabled her to see how classrooms are a good starting point for dialogue between cultures, will take advantage of her stay at the University of Deusto on 23 October, to offer a workshop entitled "La evaluación de proyectos de educación intercultural". During this workshop, two specific cases will be assessed: a secondary education project, and a non-formal education project with women.

Pilar Folguieras has been working in the promotion of dialogue between cultures for ten years, and sheplaces special emphasis on a model of active, intercultural and critical citizenship. In her opinion, this has not been achieved yet, although it is also true that, in places like Barcelona, with many years? experience in immigration matters, this situation has become naturalised, especially among children.
