The Centre for Research and Technological Development in the Electricity Sector (CIDET) in Colombia visits Deusto
Last 21 October, the Deusto Foundation Tecnológico and the Faculty of Engineering (ESIDE) were visited by two representatives of the Centre for Research and Technological Development in the Electricity Sector (CIDET), a non-profit making body, supported by the main companies in the Colombian electricity sector. It has provided companies with services in the management and coordination of research and development activities since 1995.
For this body, the University of Deusto is a benchmark institution in the field of research applied to the energy sector, and the aim of their visit is to establish a collaboration agreement.
Wilmar Zapata, head of Project Research and Management at CIDET and Germán Moreno, Head of the Efficient Energy Management Group at the University of Antioquia, are visiting the different technological centres, universities and leading companies in the R+D field in the electricity sector.
