We spent the afternoon of 21 November devoted exclusively to "Organisational Structure” on the Master’s degree in Human Resources. One of the sessions consisted of a talk by Rodrigo Sánchez, Business Development Manager of Iparlat. Rodrigo shared the organisational changes he has witnessed at Iparlat in recent years. As an inter-provider for Mercadona, Iparlat has gradually had to adapt its structure. On the one hand, Mercadona's dramatic growth has driven Iparlat's, but has also meant implementation of specific projects as a result of Mercadona’s strategic decisions. In addition, Iparlat is pursuing its own corporate growth via internationalisation and diversification. The Iparlat experience gave us the chance to think about the impact of strategic decisions on a business's structure. Thank you Rodrigo, for having shared your experience with us!
