Elisabete Arostegi, researcher of the Gender Interdisciplinary Platform, participates in the International Congress “Feminism 4.0: Social and political interpretations of the new wave of feminism”

Elisabete Arostegi, researcher of the Gender Interdisciplinary Platform and the Institute of Drug Dependencies of the University of Deusto participated in the international congress “Feminism 4.0: Social and political interpretations of the new wave of feminism”. The congress aimed to understand the new social context characterised by the strong social demands for gender equality, which have surprised many political, trade-union, economic and social agents.

The congress gathered a group of experts from the feminism field around three main areas: economy, care and gender based violence against women.
