INSIDE Forum conference on innovation and business excellence

Last 31 May, INSIDE Forum organised a conference entitled 'El camino a la excelencia empresarial Innovar ya! Esto es futuro', aimed at discussing the urgent need to incorporate an international and innovative corporate culture, with the support and promotion given by the Administrations. Speakers at this event included: the Regional Deputy for Innovation and Economic Promotion of Bizkaia, Ricardo Barainka, who lectured on 'Innovación en Pymes', the Human Resources consultant Javier Uriz, who spoke about 'Innovación. El factor humano', and Alfonso Martínez Cearra, General Manager of Bilbao Metrópoli 30, who examined the issue on 'Entornos Innovadores' .News

Participants in this event, organised by INSIDE Alumni Association, agreed on the key importance the active involvement the ?Human Factor? had inInnovation processes. They also stressed the need for the emergence of a quality environment that may give rise to a context for creativity, risk and change, thus making it possible to attract ideas in order to attain a more developed economy and knowledge-based companies.
