Deusto wins the 'Tuna' Competition prize
The Deusto University Tuna won the 'Murcia Costa Cálida 2007' 20th International Tuna Competition, which was held last 11, 12 and 13 April in Murcia. It was awarded the prizes for 'Best Tuna' and 'Best Original Stage Presentation'. Along with Deusto, other performing tunas were: the Tuna of the University of Granada, the Faculty of Medicine Tuna from La Laguna (Tenerife), the School of Agriculture Tuna from Cordoba, the UNED University Tuna from Elche, the University Tuna from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Faculty of Law Tuna of San Martín de Porres University in Lima (Peru), the Estudiantina Académica de ISEL (Lisbon) and the Tuna of Bardos from the University of Puerto Rico.
