The II Congress of Science, Feminism and Masculinities (CICFEM) will be held in Valencia on the 28 and 29 February 2020.

The Congress targets researchers from all scientific disciplines and aims to contribute to current research in all sciences, to provide evidence that contributes simultaneously to research and to feminism and masculinities, and therefore achieving a greater social impact. It will also offer a space for dialogue and research on the different existing scientific disciplines linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from a perspective of gender, equality and overcoming violence. Specialists in the different scientific fields will participate with the objective of providing evidence that deals specifically with feminism and masculinities.

Two researchers from the University of Deusto, Nerea Gutiérrez and Ana Vidu (member of the Gender Interdisciplinary Research Platform) will be presenting at the Congress.
