Deusto Business School has wished to publicly express its gratitude to the Barceló Group, don Rafael Ide, Renta 4 Banco, Accenture, Ferrovial, KPMG, Ibercaja and Hewlett Packard Enterprise for their contribution and support provided in helping to arrange the business school centenary events in Madrid. A plaque has been hung to commemorate this that was unveiled by the school’s general manager, Luc Theis, in the presence of representatives from the above-mentioned organisations.
Following the unveiling of the plaque, which has been hung in the hall of the school’s head offices in calle Castelló, those present at the ceremony signed the Deusto Business School guest book, including the Spanish President Mariano Rajoy, President of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi, the Minister of the Economy Luis de Guindos and Ministry of Education Íñigo Méndez de Vigo, the CEO of large enterprises such as Antonio Huertas (Mapfre) and directors of all the companies from the Ibex 35
The centenary anniversary in Madrid of the Deusto Business School took place on 30th November 2016 and was attended by the President of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, who gave a master class. The centenary event was concluded by the Spanish President, Mariano Rajoy.
