The ISOHEALTH Project, developed between the Faculty of Engineering, the Health area of the Faculty of Education and Sports, and the businessman Roberto Gómez (CEO at CIEX SYSTEMS), obtains the Deusto Social Impact Research Seal. This recognition is usually granted to a small number of research projects in which the University of Deusto takes part, and their potential social impact is characteristic. The project has consisted of developing accessible sports equipment that practically anyone can use, both for usability and for potential risk of injury. The work has resulted in two patents and a publication at a journal with scientific impact, and the recognition obtained serves to, according to its main researcher, Aitor Goti, "continue working on obtaining funding for the continuity of the project."
