Mikel Larreina is awarded the prize for the Best Wine Book in the World on European wines
A book on Rioja wines has won Lecturer Mikel Larreina the Prize to the Best Wine Book in the World on European wines, in the final round of the ?Gourmand Worlds Cookbook Awards?, which washeld in Beijing. This is one of the most important competitions on wine books and gastronomy worldwide. His work qualified for the final round, where it competed with books from all over the world, and written in more than 60 different languages. Last December, it was awarded the prize for the ?Best Wine Book in Europe in Spanish?.
