Meliá Hotels International and Deusto Business School have signed an agreement aimed at promoting executive training and responding to the needs of companies. This agreement is part of the actions carried out by Deusto Business School to fulfil its mission to promote a fairer, more sustainable and inclusive world, for which it is a training ally for companies and organisations in our environment.

Thanks to this agreement, signed by Pilar García Grani, on behalf of Meliá, and Gonzalo Meseguer, on behalf of Deusto Business School, the staff of Meliá Hotels International will be able to access advantageous conditions in the tuition fees of the executive programmes that Deusto Business School Executive Education offers at its campuses in Bilbao, San Sebastián and Madrid.

This is a broad portfolio of training programmes that, while addressing the latest topics in finance, marketing, strategy, digitalisation and internationalisation, among others, is also committed to a humanistic management model, which is so necessary in these times.

The agreement responds to Deusto Business School's trajectory of promoting University-Business collaboration, through which it aims to respond to the main challenges of society and organisations, training and accompanying professionals who promote and lead sustainable business projects in all areas.

For Meliá Hotels International, this agreement responds to its desire to continue promoting continuous training and offering opportunities for the development of its teams, with a special focus on the generation of new competencies, the acquisition of knowledge and the development of skills that favour the professional growth of internal talent.

Among the programmes included in the agreement are the Executive Master in Business Administration - EMBA (in its classroom or blended versions); the Master in Business Innovation - MBI; the Business Innovation Programme - BIP; the General Management Programme - PDG; the Executive Programme in Financial Management - PEDF; the Commercial Management Programme - PDC; the Digital Marketing Programme - PMD, and the Master in Healthcare Management - MGS.
