The subject “Organisational Structure”, Master’s degree programme in Human Resources, is now concluding. We invited Luis Fernández, CEO of Vicrila, to be our guest to mark the occasion. He has devoted the last 24 years to the firm. It was a privilege to hear a first-hand account of Vicrila's strategic and structural transformation. Formerly oriented to production, the firm is now clearly client-centred, which has led to countless organisational changes: high performance units, the mini company concept, leaders instead of bosses, the break with organisational barriers, joint specialisation... there was a bittersweet feeling when the class ended; so many right decisions and nevertheless, such a sad ending.
