The Rector of the University of Deusto, José María Guibert talked about “the Ignatian Leadership”. For José María Guibert, leadership means having personal competences, such as self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, service, spirituality, relationship, teams, cooperative dimension, decisions, change, corporation reflection, consultation, knowledge of the mission, environment, faith and dialogue, justice and ecology, strategy and management.
