BBK Gazte Lanbidean Fundazioa will provide 30 study grants to students on the new 'Laneratu' Specialisation Course in Training and Employment at the University of Deusto

On 22 February, the University of Deusto and BBK Gazte Lanbidean Fundazioa signed an agreement thanks to which BBK Gazte Lanbidean will provide 30 study grants to students on the 'Laneratu' Specialisation Course in Training and Employment. This postgraduate programme was set up by this academic centre in collaboration with the Regional Council of Bizkaia. This agreement was signed by Jon Mancisidor, Manager of BBK Gazte Lanbidean Fundazioa, and Rosa Miren Pagola, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs at this University.

This postgraduate programme, focused on the acquisition of work-related knowledge and experience, seeks to support young people's professional integration into the labour market. The Institute of Postgraduate Studies and Continuing Education at the University of Deusto will run and assess this 'Laneratu' Specialisation Course. It has a study load of 20 ECTS and 100 teaching hours, as well as a 6-month training period at a company or institution so that participants may become familiar with work culture and management processes.

Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements: they must have their tax residence in Bizkaia, they should be unemployed, less than 35 years of age, 45 in the case of women, they should not have taken part in a programme of this type before, or have received financial aid by BBK Gazte Lanbidean, and they should not have previous work experience in the job to be performed during the training period.
