Over 200 UD Law students took part in the second UN General Assembly simulation: the case of Ukraine. The aim was to learn to assess the General Assembly's role in international affairs.      Prof. Antonio Manrique de Luna Barrios led this initiative, which was supported by the lecturers in International Organisations. It was held from 10 to 13 November from 3.00 to 5.30 in the Auditorium. The first two days of the simulation were in rooms 191, 192, 193 and 194 and the third day in the Main Hall (the closing session). Second year Law students interested in Public International Law, International Organisations and International Relations took part in the event. Making use of the University of Deusto Simulation Model, the organisers aim to provide students with analytical and assessment tools to evaluate the United Nations General Assembly in the International Society framework. This will enable them to implement the theory acquired during their degree studies in Public International Law and International Organisations.   The focus is also on promoting their ability for leadership, negotiation, teamwork and detection of the problems affecting international society as a whole.  " />Over 200 UD Law students took part in the second UN General Assembly simulation: the case of Ukraine.
