The scholarship presentation ceremony will be held at 16:00, in room 101, and it will be attended by Elvira Fereiros and Alfredo Garaitagoitia, on behalf of Bancaja Foundation; Julia González on behalf of the University of Deusto and Olga Benítez, who will be representing the Cooperation Office at Deusto, and the 13 awarded students.

This scholarship programme is the result of an agreement signed between Deusto and Bancaja Foundation. It mainly aims to bring participants closer to other socioeconomic and cultural realities through their participation in social projects so that they can develop and strengthen their commitment to the justice that we all enjoy. Bancaja Foundation in turn seeks to continue to support these important projects, aimed at raising awareness among people, while the next call for applications for next academic year 2008-2009 is being planned.
