Professor Olaia Lucas-Jiménez presents the University of Deusto at Nagaoka University of Technology in Japan

As part of her four-month mobility stay at Nagaoka University of Technology (Japan), under the supervision of Dr Isao Nambu and funded by the Basque Government and the University of Deusto, Professor Olaia Lucas-Jiménez, from the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Deusto, delivered a talk entitled “Fatigue Brain Network and Cognition in Parkinson’s Disease” on 10 October 2025.

During her presentation, Dr Lucas-Jiménez introduced the University of Deusto, highlighting its commitment to innovation, internationalisation, and interdisciplinary research. The visit strengthens ties between Deusto and Nagaoka and opens up new opportunities for academic and scientific collaboration between the two institutions.
