Two University of Deusto students have been included in the Nova 111 Students list, which highlights young people with the greatest capacity to generate transformative social impact. They are Jon Iriondo Aragonés, currently in his final year of the Deusto Finance Programme, and Ane Múgica Bilbao, a graduate in ADE + Law and currently studying for a Master's degree in Legal Practice in Madrid. These students have been selected from more than 1,500 candidates.

Nova Talent identifies the country's brightest under 35s with the greatest potential to lead society. These young people have had to pass a filter of more than 200 evaluation parameters designed by Nova to locate those with the greatest potential, before being assessed by the jury. The aim of the list is to find and accelerate the best students in the country, giving them access to the right tools to empower their growth and become better leaders.

The young people will now become part of a year-long career acceleration programme, designed to maximise their potential, where they will be provided with a talent agent, coaching sessions, a performance enhancement module and multiple networking opportunities to grow their networks.
