Ander Audikana, postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Applied Ethics of the University of Deusto, has participated in the elaboration of a manifesto in favor of sustainable mobility in Europe called “Sustainable Mobility: an Appeal to European Decision-Makers”. This work, promoted by the Jean-Monnet Foundation for Europe, is the result of a reflection group led by the former president of the European Parliament, Pat Cox. The manifesto proposes a roadmap to place the transport sector as a priority action area for the economic and institutional revitalization of Europe. It aims to convince all key European actors involved in the mobility sector of the necessity of anticipating to climate change and its social and economic implications.
