Presentation of the Ageing and Wellbeing Platform at the Study Visit “Learning from Integrated Care Models in the Basque Country”

Deusto International Research Project Office presented the interdisciplinary research platform Ageing and Wellbeing at the study visit “Learning from integrated care models in the Basque Country”. The event was organized by Deusto Business School Health in the framework of the project “Investigating Spain's diversity of health care models to uncover best practices and the lessons they hold for the United States”.

Healthcare professionals from the different institutions of California (Commonwealth Care Alliance, Cherokee Health Systems, AMGA Foundation, Optum Labs, Medical and Market networks for Sutter Health) participated in the study visit, in which different programmes and initiatives of the Basque Healthcare System (Osakidetza) and the University of Deusto were presented.
