Cristina Ortega, on the First UCLG Culture Summitt

Cristina Ortega Nuere, Director of the Institute of Leisure Studies of the University of Deusto and Chief Operations Officer of World Leisure Organization took part on the First UCLG Culture Summit, held at AlhóndigaBilbao (18th-20th March – Bilbao, Spain). Cristina Ortega was one of the speakers of the Plenary 4: Culture and Sustainable Cities: the commitments that will take place at the Auditorium of the Culture and Leisure Centre.

The Global Network of Cities, Local and Regional Governments (CGLU), is celebrating the First UCLG Culture Summit in with the presence of more than 250 representatives of culture from cities and regions around the world. This international meeting will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience to make the cities more sustainable through culture.
