Basque Circular Hub, new centre for advanced circular economy services

 On the 18th of March the Basque Circular Hub, the new centre for advanced circular economy services in the Basque Country, was unveiled. The Hub is the result of the public-private collaboration between the Basque Government, the Bilbao City Council, the public company Ihobe, the University of Deusto, the University of the Basque Country UPV-EHU, the University of Mondragón, the Center for Applied Research of FP Euskadi -Tknika, and the Novia Salcedo Foundation.


The Hub will carry out circular economy projects in Basque companies as well as act as an Observatory of the circular economy of the Basque Country. It is the only center of these characteristics that exists in Southern Europe with market foresight services, advanced training, as well as trend analysis and generation of expert knowledge in the field of circular economy.
