Researchers of the Interdisciplinary research platform were presented in the annual conference of partners of the EIP on AHA. This year, the conference titled “Digital transformation of health and care for Active and Healthy Ageing in Europe” took place in Brussels the 27-28 February. The meeting was opened to EIP on AHA partners and was dedicated to reviewing the action plans of the Action Groups and the Reference Sites Collaborative Network, and especially how these plans are aligned with the European Commission policy activities, notably the "Transformation of health and care in the Digital Single Market" Communication currently in preparation.
Moreover, a number of side-events were organized by the EIP on AHA partners on the day before and after the Conference. Relevant subjects related to ageing and wellbeing such as better prescription, development of interoperable independent living solutions, personalized health managements and falls prevention and innovation for age-friendly building, cities and environments were analyzed.
