    A learning expedition for the understanding of the
    tools and concepts of the Blue Ocean Strategy

    A week at INSEAD, ranked number 1 by the Financial Times worldwide for its MBA, in which you will develop your skills to innovate from a new perspective and acquire the tools to successfully negotiate innovative projects and startups.

    Lasting success does not rest in beating competitors, but in Value Innovation Strategy - in creating untapped new spaces ripe for growth and building up the innovating capabilities of the organization.

    Innovation is all about thinking outside of the box - going beyond the set of assumptions and rules that determine how we view the world and its opportunities -. But the dominant box in most organizations is execution thinking which consists of “getting things done”. Execution thinking is antithetical to innovation.

    This creates a conundrum: How can an organization hope to be innovative when it has been designed to merely execute?
