New commitments to participate in the EIP on AHA

On 15 April 2016 the Provincial Government of Biscay and the University of Deusto have jointly submitted the new commitment to participate in the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing.

The commitment called B4All (Biscay, a Territory for All) includes the declaration of intention on the work that both organizations will be doing in the context of the established Action Groups. The Provincial Government of Biscay and the University of Deusto are participating in three of the six Action Groups. In particular, in A2- Personalized health management and prevention of falls; A3- Prevention of functional decline and frailty; and D4- Innovation for age friendly buildings, cities and environments.

From June the 9th, the commitment B4All has been validated and published on the website of the EC.

Besides, the University of Deusto and the Provincial Government of Biscay also take part in the commitment, leaded by the European Covenant on Demographic Change, to Action Group D4- Innovation for age friendly buildings, cities and environments.
