DEUSTO publishes the GEARING Roles project storytelling

The University of Deusto, coordinator of the Horizon 2020 GEARING Roles project, has published a storytelling on the project. Aimed at underlining the value and social impact of Deusto research, this video has been prepared to show how the GEARING Roles Project team work and explain its main objectives:

1. To improve the situation of women in research by removing the barriers they face in recruitment.
2. To address gender imbalances in the leadership of research institutions.
3. To challenge traditional gender roles and provide alternative references in traditionally male dominated areas such as STEM disciplines.
4. To promote gender equality in research organisations
