Natale Seron Arizmendi es profesora de Derecho Internacional Público y Derecho de la Unión Europea en la Universidad de Deusto, así como investigadora del Instituto de Derechos Humanos Pedro Arrupe. Sus principales líneas de investigación se centran en los derechos humanos, la litigación estratégica, el papel del individuo como agente en el derecho internacional y los mecanismos de transformación normativa a través de la acción judicial. Su trabajo analiza cómo los casos individuales pueden generar cambios estructurales en los sistemas jurídicos, con especial atención a la evolución del acceso a la justicia, la implementación de las decisiones de los órganos internacionales y la consolidación de nuevos derechos en el orden internacional.
