Alejandro Amillano defended his doctoral dissertation titled ‘Reformulation of the psychological androgyny construct with regard to leadership in organisations’ on 30 June 2017. The research project was supervised by Josune Baniandrés and Leire Gartzia in the context of the Business Competitiveness and Economic Development doctoral programme of the University of Deusto. The project aimed at clarifying the positive effects of leaders’ psychological androgyny and gender-integrative leadership styles in organisations.
