Ana I. Rodríguez Iglesias es profesora de Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad de Deusto. Es doctora en Relaciones Internacionales, con especialización en Política Internacional y Resolución de Conflictos por la Universidad de Coimbra. Con anterioridad, obtuvo un máster en Estudios Latinoamericanos por la Universidad de Georgetown como becaria Fulbright, y un máster en Estudios de la Unión Europea por la Universidad CEU San Pablo como becaria La Caixa. Su investigación ha sido publicada en varias revistas revisadas por pares como el Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding, Latin American Research Review y Colombia Internacional, así como capítulos de libro en editoriales de prestigio internacional como SAGE y Palgrave McMillan. Sus investigaciones abarcan las áreas de Estudios de Paz y Conflicto, la teoría post/decolonial, la justicia transicional y los estudios sobre migración. En su trayectoria profesional, la profesora Rodríguez trabajó como consultora de género en el Banco Inter-Americano de Desarrollo en Washington DC, y en la Misión de Apoyo al Proceso de Paz de Colombia de la Organización de Estados Americanos como investigadora doctoral. Ha impartido clases en diferentes universidades de Colombia y en la Universidad Internacional de Catalunya.
