    About the course

The COVID has accelerated previous trends and initiated a phase that some scholars are already categorizing as a new deglobalized world order and reconfiguring the dynamics. Business diplomacy is a planning strategy that fills a niche in the intersection of international relations and international business: management of risks/opportunities linked to globalization, the understanding of a complex world and the incorporation of tools to match the social and business growing demands. This course provides knowledge to develop business diplomacy strategies which will be the key to identify and sustain international strategic alliances, as well as prevent risks, perform better business plans and contribute to sustainable development.
