      About the course

      The institutions request professionals with a comprehensive and integrated vision of the city, territory and community. Companies demand trained professionals for understanding and dialogue with other sectors. Social entities ask for professionals trained to understand the institutional-business-non-profit multi-governance of territories and societies. This course responds to these needs by providing a 360º look at cities, territories and communities through Bilbao case study.

      AIMS OF THE COURSE

      • To facilitate a 360º comprehensive and integrated look at the challenges facing cities, territories and communities today.
      • To share a democratic, transversal and cross-sectoral 360º governance model that allows progress in the achievement of sustainable urban development.
      • To present the 360º look and governance proposal through a case study (the city of Bilbao)
      • To go through, through the case study, the phases of an urban laboratory of transformative innovation.

      This course is addressed to people with a desire to acquire new knowledge and skills, in order to transform the cities, territories and communities that we inhabit, with sustainable development as a horizon.

      Likewise, it is addressed to professionals who work in a public institution, private company or social entity, who wants to have a 360º view of the city, territory and community in which you carry out your work, and who want to implement a 360º democratic, transversal and cross-sectoral governance mode.

      *Language requirements: B2 level of English is recommended.
