The Language Centre reserves the right to cancel courses if the minimum required number of students do not enrol.In this case, the students enrolled will be offered an alternative class and, if applicable, will be refunded the full enrolment fee.

Cancellation of enrolment

Cancellation of enrolment and refund of the proportionate amount will only be allowed in cases of serious illness. Justification must be provided to process such requests.

Under no circumstances will the amount of the first direct debit be refunded.

No cancellation of enrolment or refunds will be allowed due to the following:

• leaving Bachelor's/postgraduate/PhD degree studies at the University
• incompatible schedules after having been accepted at another school, university, etc.
