Researchers at the Faculty of Psycology and Education from the University of Deusto publish the protocol of the project MUGIKERTU in the journal JMIR Research

The Protocol (funded by the Basque Government) and piloted collaboratelly by the three Basque Universities (University of Deusto, Mondragon Unibertsitatea and the University of the Basque Country) and alongside two innovation companies from the Welbeing and Health Sector describes the Level of Physical Activity (PA), Sedentary behaviour and Sleep in the Child and Adolescent Population in the Autonomus Community of the Basque Country (6-17 Years Old).

The study seeks to highlight the need for the promotion of cross-sectional policies so that children and adolescents may increase their levels of PA, thus improving both the school environment and positive healthy behaviour.
