The University of Deusto is hosting on 24 June 2019 a dissemination day of the EU funded research project ENLIVEN - Encouraging Lifelong Learning for a Vibrant and Inclusive Europe.
The ENLIVEN project is funded by the EU programme for research and innovation - Horizon 2020 and gathers researchers from all over Europe and Australia. Researchers from DEUSTO teams Intervention: Quality of Life and Social Inclusion and eDucAR work together in this project with the objective of making policy interventions in adult education markets more effective. To this end, the project team has integrated state-of-the-art methodologies and theorisations (for example (Case-Based Reasoning methodology in artificial intelligence, bounded agency in adult learning, etc.).
Besides the presentation of the ENLIVEN project results research, the main objective of this day is to promote a debate and reflection on adult education in different educational contexts. During the seminar, good practices that are being developed will be shared and the main challenges will be analysed. An open debate is proposed around three themes:
- European education policies in the field of adult learning.
- Projects aimed at lifelong learning in different areas related to the labor framework, the company, the associative framework and the community.
- Challenges and proposals for the future of adult education.
