Research and interventions promoted by this Core Group are based on the firm conviction that a sustainable relationship with the audiences is key to boost the societal impact generated by cultural and creative organisations, the industry and entrepreneurs. Placing audiences and publics at the centre of the organisation strategic planning and interventions will require a deep paradigm change, new capacity-building processes, participatory mechanisms and radically different interdisciplinary research and methodologies.
