Stakeholder event: democratising co-production of sustainable public services

It is time for us to present the project INTERLINK and the results achieved after its first two years, in particular the outcomes of the first round of pilot experiments in three different countries, i.e. Italy, Latvia and Spain.

To engage PAs, experts, third sector, and businesses, we are honoured to invite you to the stakeholder workshop Democratising co-production of sustainable public services: what are the legal and technical barriers to co-delivery?

Rome (Italy) | 14 December 2022, 4.00-6.30 PM
HYBRID EVENT: online and in-person at Hotel Quirinale

We will focus on new ways of delivering public goods and services, in particular regarding what concerns democratizing and making the co-production of public services feasible. The discussion will be centred on how to promote sustainable development and delivery of co-produced public services through exploitation mechanisms and evaluating the quality of co-produced public services to encourage wider adoption.

A panel of experts in the field will be also held to debate how to co-create new public services truly addressing the needs and demands of citizens, to facilitate their interactions with public administrations, exploring how co-production methodologies and supporting digital tools can be leveraged to give place to more widely adopted public services, driven by either bottom-up and top-down innovation initiatives. The debate will be open also to the audience to get their views on important key topics, especially the barriers that have usually impeded the co-production of public services.
