The new European project EU_SHAFE-Europe Enabling Smart Healthy Age-friendly Environments project was officially launched

The EU_SHAFE - Europe Enabling Smart Healthy Age-friendly Environments project was officially launched in Aarhus, Denmark on 23 September 2019. The project is co-funded by the INTERREG Europe Programme and is led by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.

In the project’s kick-off meeting, the 10 partners coming from 7 different EU countries, discussed and defined together the operational plan of EU_SHAFE.

The University of Deusto is one of the 10 partners of the EU_SHAFE project which aims to improve policies and practices in 7 European regions by developing a comprehensive approach to Smart Healthy Age-Friendly Environments (SHAFE) through a “sharing learning” methodology.
