Committed with the promotion of institutional change and gender equality, this core group reinforces the work of the Equality Council for the Development and Implementation of a Gender Equality Plan. Its work focuses on removing barriers to female recruitment, addressing gender imbalances in decision making bodies and integrating the gender dimension in research. This group closely works with international peers to share knowledge, lessons, and future developments.
