Research aim, lines & team


Main goals

  1. Provide society and the scientific community with significant advances in the knowledge of Law through critical analysis of the processes and factors that affect its evolution and transformation.
  2. Respond to the needs of public and private institutions by carrying out studies and projects that identify the challenges and analyze the implications of European legislation and the internationalization of Property Law in strategic areas for the economic world and civil society.
  3. Consolidate in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (ACBC) an interdisciplinary research group of reference in the field of European integration and Patrimonial Law, which can become a focus of attraction for researchers and teams from other countries.
