Methodology
The methodology used to teach people management techniques combines theoretical presentations with analysis and study of authentic cases from firms. Techniques include: role play, simulations, in-class presentation of projects, etc.
The modules “Management Skills” and “Introduction to Coaching” make this programme distinctive. These subjects look to develop key competences required for Human Resources leaders. Students are required to make a self-diagnosis of competences when they begin a new subject. They are provided with the proper tools and asked to identify aspects of personal improvement and to design an action plan when the subject finishes.
Lastly, students must do an internship at a firm or a professional project on Human Resources. In both cases, students will attend tutorials led by a professional from the field of Human Resources who assist them in setting education targets and the subject matter to be developed. The tutor will monitor students to ensure these objectives are met.
