Metodologhy

This course is taught online through the use of the Distance Learning Platform at the University of Deusto. This option allows flexible study schedules and greater accuracy in the acquisition of knowledge and student progress.

Student progress is assessed through practical activities and self-evaluation, with the ongoing support of a specialist subject tutor who will provide them with all the necessary guidance documents.

An alternative on-site test is also provided.

Generic competences

  • Acquire specialist knowledge on insolvency matters.
  • Identify the tasks involved in administrative proceedings from a legal and accounting perspective
  • Analyse the corporate actions that may lead to liability.

Specífic competences

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the rules contained in the Insolvency Act to the most usual controversies arising in bankruptcy procedures.
  • Draw up documents and perform the duties of insolvency administrators.
  • Give an informed opinion about the different situations that may arise in insolvency proceedings.
  • Draw up documents required in insolvency proceedings.
  • Identify the positions held by jurisprudence in controversial situations related to insolvency proceedings.
