    She has been a member of the Biscay Bar Association and a practising lawyer specialising in Criminal Law since 1992; Master’s in Legal Practice; she did the course on Minors Law and course on offences against workplace security run by the Biscay Bar Association. She is a board member of the Biscay Bar Association. She lectured in Criminal Law at the "Pedro Ibarreche" School of Legal Practice of the Biscay Bar Association (2009-2013). She lectured in Criminal Law on the Master's in Law and Legal Practice run by the University of Deusto and Biscay Bar Association (2010-2013). She also lectured in Criminal Law on the Master's in Legal Practice at the University of the Basque Country (2012-2013).
