"I have had the opportunity to study the Specialist Diploma in Organisational Psychology. The Diploma runs for three years, from second to fourth year of the BA degree. Thanks to it, I have had the opportunity to know everything related to Organisational Psychology.
We should consider that a cold image of organisations has become widespread, forgetting that people are their driving force. We need to teach that organisations are key meeting places for people’s development, education and well-being.
Also, we should highlight the place that work has in our lives, since we spend most of our lives working; therefore, it should be an enriching activity. This is why I believe that there is an urging need to humanise organisations, giving Psychology the place and importance it deserves".
