How is the course structured?
The 1st year aims to give the student a basic grounding in law and business operation through various subjects and will also provide you with a first approach to Labour Relations.
In the 2nd and 3rd years of your degree you will go into the different branches of law (Civil, Corporate, and Administrative Law), with a special focus on legal reasoning and methods. The various course subjects will give you a deep understanding of the distinctive features of Labour Relations, always from a business perspective (public employment, human resources, individual and collective labour relations).
The 4th year will be based on a comprehensive approach to a number of subjects that are especially relevant in Law and Public Relations (Sanction Labour Law, Commercial Contract Law).
Finally, in the 5th year of your degree you will go into more complex subjects such as Labour Procedural Law and will complete your studies with two Undergraduate Final Year Projects that will give you a comprehensive perspective of the competences acquired in Law, Business and Labour Relations.
You can study in 2 languages
In order to train multilingual lawyers, you will have the opportunity to study in two languages, with lectures in Spanish, and over 50% of credits in Basque.
