Entry exams

What is on the entry exams?

GENERAL TESTS

  • An aptitude test: The aptitude test consists of multiple choice questions with five possible answers. The test evaluates verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning (60 minutes aprox).
  • Skills test: A test that determines the candidate’s level in a series of skills that UD considers important (teamwork, critical thinking, etc.). We will assess your stance towards certain situations that we will propose you.
  • An English test: Multiple choice questions with four possible answers (50 minutes approx). (Those holding a B2 level or higher, according to the European Common Reference Framework must submit it along with the application forms but must also sit for the English test).

If you are applying to more than one degree programme, you will sit the tests in order in the classroom assigned to your first option.

Entry tests dates

All candidates will be called to the Admission Test. Students are allowed to sit this test once.

Depending on the date of reception of their applications, candidates will be called to sit one of the three test sessions:

  • All tests, except those in foreign languages, are available in Basque and Spanish, so you can choose in which language you want to do them.
  • General tests will last 2 and a half hours.
  • On that same day, you will do the general tests and the specific test of all the courses to which you have applied, if more than one.
