Dual Education

Process

Dual education is based in 3 main processes:

  1. Student assignment: the aim is to increase the motivation of the students according to the interests of the companies, in order to assign the students a company of their interests and offer the companies a profile adjusted to their needs. The companies are invited to the headquarters to present their business activity and the training plan for all degree students. In this way, the students get to know the companies and have the necessary information to value them all. To make the assignment is taken into account:

  2. ◦ The preferences and interests of students.
    ◦ The student's academic information.
    ◦ The profile demanded by the company.
    ◦ Language level.
    ◦ Interest in the international mobility program.
    ◦ Etc.

  3. Student follow-up: Each student will be accompanied by an academic facilitator and a company facilitator, who will periodically meet with the student to analyze the progress of dual training, based on the pre-established individualized plan of activities.

  4. Evaluation of the student: It is a shared evaluation made by the subject teacher and the two facilitators, so that the competences developed by the student during the stay in the company, the execution of the individualized activity plan and the technical competences of the subject are evaluated.
